Meet George

My name is George Valentgas. I grew up on Martha’s Vineyard and moved to Cape Cod full-time with my family in 2012. Cape Cod has been home ever since, and it’s where my wife and I have chosen to raise our four children.

Why I Got Into Real Estate

Before getting into real estate, I spent many years in the corporate world, working incredibly long hours and spending far less time with my family than I wanted. I knew I needed to make a change, and real estate ultimately gave me that opportunity.

I began flipping houses in 2015. My father had recently retired, and I convinced him to come out of retirement and work alongside me. What started as a way to keep him busy while I slowly transitioned away from the corporate world grew into something much bigger. In 2019, I officially opened the company, and in 2022, I left my corporate career behind to focus on real estate investing full-time.

Who We’ve Worked With

Since then, we have purchased properties throughout Cape Cod and beyond and worked with homeowners in just about every situation imaginable. We’ve helped people facing foreclosure, families navigating probate and inherited properties, longtime multifamily owners looking to sell portions of their portfolios, and owners who simply wanted a straightforward sale without the traditional listing process. We’ve also purchased properties in excellent condition, completed new construction projects, and developed homes for the short-term rental market.

The truth is, we don’t only buy “problem properties.” We look at every opportunity. Whether a property is completely renovated, needs to be torn down, or falls somewhere in between, we’re always willing to take a look and have an honest conversation.

How the Company Has Grown

Over the years, the company has grown considerably. In 2025 alone, we completed 132 transactions representing 189 residential units bought and sold. While I’m proud of that growth, the number that matters most to me is the number of people we’ve been able to work with and the relationships we’ve built along the way.

When we agree to terms and commit to purchasing a property, we follow through. We understand that selling a property can sometimes come during a complicated or stressful time in someone’s life, so our goal is to make the process as straightforward, transparent, and comfortable as possible.

Real estate may be what we do for a living, but our business has always been about people, relationships, and keeping our word.
